The CENTENNIAL TOWERS apartments at Hays,Ks a Section 8 fixed income apartment building for age 55+ elderly adults..operated & managed by the real estate office outfit KEY MANAGEMENT from 200 miles away at Wichita, Ks.

Video cameras everywhere RECORDING You.. EMBARRASSED FOR OUR VISITORS COMING INSIDE THIS UGLY BUILDING this landlord has little to no seating in the building inside 4 floors areas for the elderly feeble and frail residents. I lost count of my elderly apartment neighbors who had UNFAVORABLE CONTACTS WITH THIS .BUILDINGS DRAMA DRAMA EMPLOYEES.

Bad building heater/it has NO thermostat.. WE HAD TO KEEP OUR WINDOW WIDE OPEN ALL THE TIME>FREEZING WINTERS&BOILING HOT SUMMERS.. and, in our opinion unsafe skimpy with maintance & building disinfectant cleaning to protect all the elderly residents from the very contagious COVID-19 CORONAVIRUS.. Fact: there NEVER was any ‘community’ and enjoyment of the apartment elderly residents’ at these CENTENNIAL TOWERS Apartments..

HOWLING BARK BARK YELPING BARKING DOGs EVERYWHERE/ You can forget about restful sleep.! It seems like a great deal, but.. this is a very old building THE BUILDINGS WATER STINKS..No clean water filtration new filters for the apartments very old kitchen sink pipes and NO safe water filters for their apartment bath showers from this building’s really old REALLY OLD pipe plumbing & fittings ..I saw NO enforcement of face masks CORONAVIRUS Covid-19 mask requirement to protect the elderly residents in this 90+ apartments building! There are No apartment patios & balconies..NO apartment renters rights representative..NO covered car parking..NO internet..NO wi-fi..NO apartment dishwashers..NO elderly residents & visitors furniture seating whatsoever anywhere in this buildings 4 floors of lobby and elevator areas..”thanks for renting$$ from us”.Really!? NO outside furniture seating & resting areas anywhere outdoors at either the front & back of this huge old ugly building..A real small apartment bathroom like an old-timey outhouse..NO good tv viewing>the cable tv network was garbage>pure garbage..There GARBAGE TRUCK PICKS UP AT 5am MORNINGs WITH BANG BANG ROARING TRUCK ENGINES FOR 30 minutes.! You can forget about any restful sleep. .. NO RENTERS RIGHTS REPRESENTATIVE WHATSOEVER..”your complaint was closed out”. ….
