Live on-Site Apartment Building Caretaker/Manager
THE OPPORTUNITY
– Walk Up Apartment Building in Aurora seeking a, experienced, live in person to caretake and manage a 39-unit apartment building.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Cleaning and grounds keeping,
-Managing, renting apartments, collecting rents, move in/out paperwork, answering the phone
-Tenant requests and general maintenance
-Carrying and responding to emergency phone
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-Experience with caretaking and apartment building management
-Mature, reliable, and hard working
-no pets
