Looking for a mature responsible, clean, easy-going prefer female(26-56)to share a nice home in a great location. You would share the home with a 50 year-old female and a male. We are both very easy-going, clean, non-smoker, no drugs. The room has a nice bay window and can be furnished if needed. The house is in a great location very quiet near shopping, restaurants, golf course, city park and bike trails. Rent is $600 per month +1/3 utilities, no pets please. Month to month is okay.
