Bankruptcy specialist with more than thirty years experience in bankruptcy law. Former law clerk to a Federal Bankruptcy Judge, and former Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee. As a Chapter 7 Trustee I administered thousands of cases over a five year period. I am available to assist law firms or individual attorneys in developing a high volume and high functioning consumer bankruptcy practice.
My experience includes a proficiency in BestCase Bankruptcy software and competency with e-filing through ECF in the bankruptcy courts of the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
