Looking for affordable finish lumber options? We would love to help you! We currently have a great inventory of cabin grade tongue and groove and shiplap in both pine and poplar! Our cabin grade lumber is knotty and will bring a tremendous amount of beautiful character to your home, as you can see in the pictures of our customers’ homes. We can supply small projects and whole houses.

We currently have a strong supply of pine 1×6 & 1×8 tongue and groove and 1×8 shiplap with more poplar coming into stock as well. These sizes come in and out of stock, but they are generally available on a consistent basis. The current lumber market has made that less possible, but we strive to keep it available and affordable for you.

We also carry multiple options for hardwood flooring (white oak, black walnut, ambrosia maple, reclaimed barn wood, and southern yellow pine), shiplap (pine, spruce, poplar, and barn wood), poplar and cedar tongue and groove, trim, and baseboard, as well as an assortment of hundreds of live edge slabs, mantles, and unique shelving.

Cabin Grade Pine Pricing- Square Foot Coverage Pricing

Full unopened packs are $1.68 per sq ft plus tax. That means that if we have a pack of 1,000 sq ft, you would be paying a total of $1,680 at $1.68 per sq ft plus tax. Pack sizes vary from anywhere as small as 400 sq ft to as large as 2,000 sq ft. If we have to open and split a pack to get your square footage, the price is $1.78 per sq ft. You will typically have varying lengths of 6′, 8′, 10′, 12′, 14′, and 16′ in most of the packs.

Linear Foot Pricing (Cabin Grade):
1×6- $.70
1×8- $.95
1×10- $1.22

Common Grade Pine Pricing- Square Foot Coverage Pricing

Full unopened packs are $1.83 per sq ft plus tax. That means that if we have a pack of 1,000 sq ft, you would be paying a total of $1,830 at $1.83 per sq ft plus tax. Pack sizes vary (as small as 400 sq ft to as large as 2,000 sq ft). If we have to open and split a pack to get your square footage, the price is $1.93 per sq ft. You will have varying lengths of 6′, 8′, 10′, 12′, 14′, and 16′ in most of the packs.

1×8- $1.03
1×10- $1.33

Poplar T&G and Shiplap- Square Foot Coverage Pricing

Full unopened packs are $2.25 per sq ft plus tax. That means that if we have a pack of 1,000 sq ft, you would be paying a total of $2,250 at $2.25 per sq ft plus tax. Again, pack sizes vary from anywhere as small as 400 sq ft to as large as 2,000 sq ft and if we have to open and split a pack to get your square footage, the price is $2.35 per sq ft. You will have varying lengths in most of the packs.

Our inventory changes daily and we would highly encourage you to reserve wood before you come. We can’t guarantee that we will have anything in stock if you just drive to us; we just want to make sure we are able to take care of you once you get here. Most of our customers drive an average of 3-6 hours to pick up their lumber.
