ZVN Properties, Inc. is a national field servicing company, providing Property Preservation, Repair & Rehab Services, Tenant Occupied Maintenance, and Inspections for vacant and occupied properties.

We currently have active assets in your area, and our recruiting team is available to begin the onboarding process.

Qualified vendors must have $1m each General Liability, Errors & Omissions, and Auto insurance.

Property Preservation & REO Work To Include:
– Securing services (lock changes/boarding)
– Winterizations
– Debris Removal
– Lawn maintenance

Tenant Occupied / Rental Work To Include:
– Plumbing
– Electrical
– Drywall
– Painting
– Roof & Gutters
– Handyman Services

Requirements:
– Must be able to meet deadlines and be on time for appointments
– Must be able to meet tenants with professional manner
– Must be willing to complete Vendor Package during onboarding via DocuSign
– Must be willing to complete reports/bids via website or mobile app provided
