We had our siding replaced and the trim wrapped in vinyl. The sales man came on time, listened to what we wanted, and appraised the job. We countered with what we wanted to pay based on research, and they matched it, so we signed the deal. The crew showed up on time, and within a few minutes were working on all sides of the house. There was about 8 men, and they worked constantly, and seamlessly. It sounds like they are coming through the walls while they are working, but it’s because they attack all sides of the house at the same time. They had more ladders and scaffolding than I have even seen. I was so impressed I just wanted to watch them, it was so coordinated. Two guys would be working on trim while two were putting up siding, and so on. They were also very polite and smiled when we came in or out. If they had a question, they knocked and asked, and went right back to it. They finished the entire job in 1.5 days, and left no trace of their presence. A man was even walking around with a large magnet thing to collect nails and such. They literally left nothing behind, no one piece of trash or materials, I was so impressed with this crew. I asked that they tell me when they took one gutter down so I could clean and paint it, but they did it for me without me even knowing! We hadn’t bought gutters since ours were fine, but one just needed painting, it was on the two story end of the house, I only knew when I came out and saw it back up sparkling white! I can’t say enough, they were awesome. As for the work, I can’t find one imperfection, and that says a lot, because I am hard to please, very picky, and a perfectionist. Can I give more than 5 stars???

Just had a meeting with Joel the regional manager about getting our roof replaced and he is awesome! He scheduled a free estimate within a couple days of us contacting him. He sat down with us and completely explained everything that will be done to our roof and gave us a quote within 45 minutes. The quote was very reasonable, you cannot beat the warranty they give you and they give you discounts wherever they can. I’ll post again once the work gets done but I know it will be excellent. They have made something that we dreaded having to do an easy and enjoyable process. We cannot say enough good things about them. We called several other companies but this company was by far the easiest to work with and you can tell they care about the customer and put them first. Thanks again Joel and Xterior LLC!!

Xterior came out last year and put a roof on for me and from the moment they came, they were honest about what we needed and gave us a great price. One of the owners visited us personally and was and has continued to be a pleasure to do business with. The crew was professional, fast, thorough and cleaned up after themselves. Flash forward to a week ago and we had a leak we called and left a message and received a call back within the hour and they sent out someone the very next day to take a look and see where the leak was coming in at. They discovered it was due to my gutters having a hole in them and they went ahead and fixed it for me while they were here. Their customer service is absolutely first class and I 100% know we chose the absolute best company to do business with! Trust me you will not be disappointed in their quality, attention to detail and their customer service! A++ 10 out of 10 Would recommend!

I interviewed a few companies and am really Glad I went with Xterior. They did my roof after a major hail storm, there were a few storm chasers that came by who were from out of the area. I am so glad to give my money to a local owner who clearly backs their work up. Job was done in 1 day with zero issues. They dealt with the insurance for me and even got money added for the upgrades.

We got a new metal roof that looks great, new thick siding that looks amazing with the new gutters and a hurricane fence that took forever to get right but Jay made sure it was at the end. And a new back door that the even rekeyed for us. The also give an amazing veterans discount.

Everything is done, and looks Awesome. Metal Roof looks beautiful, The fence looks great and it isn’t a regular fence but they pulled it off. The guy Tommy they sent was great definitely ask for him. Now the siding, it looks great and was done quickly and professionally. Jay stepped up at the end and made sure that we where absolutely happy with each and every aspect of the whole thing like a general manager should do at the end of a large project. Xterior Roofing was absolutely excellent. They came out for an estimate at a time that worked best for us, after work on a week day. We were given a quote, and the man who came out (I want to say is name was Jon) explained all of our options, the insurance they have, payment plan options, and more. Within two weeks, the materials were delivered to our yard and they started the next day. They worked on Saturday, Sunday, and cleaned up on Monday. They ended up having to replace the wood beneath the shingles, but kept us fully informed of everything. They worked fast and efficiently and even left our yard cleaner than they found it. The roof looks amazing and flawlessly handled a pretty bad storm about two weeks after it was installed.
