Rehoming 1yr old coonhound

Our family purchased a treeing walker coonhound/heeler mix last year as a companion to my support dog. We have to rehome her as she likes to dig and bay and where we live in town we can’t allow either of those. I do not have the time or energy to exercise her like she deserves. She needs an active home with someone to hike or run with her and also work with her on recall as she likes to follow her nose! She would make an excellent hunting companion or farm dog. She is friendly with other dogs but may take some time to warm up. She is highly prey driven so smaller pets are a not a good idea. We have worked extremely hard on food aggressiveness and she only guards when our other dog gets near her food or bones, but it is definitely not extreme. She is friendly with kids, but very aloof and energetic so no homes with toddlers and/or babies. I have put a lot of money into her, she has all her initial year shots but is coming due for 2nd year ones. I feed her purina pro plan. She has an embark dna test also.
