You get the Complete Package: A GPS Site Plan, Floor & foundation Plans, Framing Plans for the Floors & Roof, Foundation Plan, Elevations & Section(s), And even a perspective view of the project.
I have Structural & Drainage Engineers that I work with regularly, that will do their work from my plans. I do WA Energy Worksheets. I do SWPPP Plans & Narratives. I do Septic Clearance forms. I Submit it to the City/County and do all the corrections. I offer a complete package service for a fixed price, not pretty picture and a lot more work for you.
I do about 50-60 projects a year. Mostly for homeowners, but some for Contractors The bulk of my project are in Snohomish County, and I offer big discount to my neighbors, but I will do all Counties/ Cities and even other states.
