Maintenance Tech

The chosen candidate will be assisting with property maintenance and turning over units for the next tenant. Taking maintenance orders from tenants. This may include all sorts of minor repairs such as plumbing, wax floors, changing light blubs and switch plates making sure that the apartments are ready for renting etc. Must have valid driver’s license and good mechanical skills. No tools required. Our client is seeking a very qualified and professional candidate.
