Performing prompt and quality property maintenance tasks including, lock changes, debris removal, winterizations, minor roof repairs, and lawn maintenance.
Updating and processing orders via mobile application and web platform.
Effectively communicating with Safeguard Vendor Account Managers.
Requirements for the position
Must have valid ID
Must have reliable transportation
Must provide own tools to complete jobs
Must provide own means to get jobs completed
Must be willing to communicate and follow instructions
Must be able to complete work orders in a timely manner
Must be able to pass a background check
Job Type: Contract
