Looking for female remodeling labor

Hi I own a remodeling company in Topeka. I do remodeling on homes. What I’m looking for is a female labor. Someone that will show up on time everyday. Thank will be willing to learn. Age doesn’t matter. Must be honest and communication is a plus. You will be paid every Friday. Most weeks 40 hrs or more. Prefer no smoker and drinker as I am.
