ISO Adult yorkie

My parents recently lost their beloved yorkie. He traveled everywhere with them. In search of an adult Yorkie or Morkie. Must be housebroken. Male or female. Already spayed or neutered would be a plus. Prefer the black and gold but will consider other. It will be greatly loved and spoiled. Needs to like traveling in vehicle and RVing. Will have a fenced yard, 3 acres to ride on the golf cart with my Dad. Will sleep in the bed with them. Prefer a lover and snuggling. Will always be up to date with shots,worming, and heart worm,etc. Papers are unimportant. Looking for just a pet. Must be reasonable.
