? Hello I am a Ventura county resident. Have been working in construction for close to a decade. And I am in need of an active GC to be my RMO. I understand there are programs that offer such a service but it is to expensive for someone who just barely wants to begin a company. I do have some money saved if we can come to an agreement. And/or can also pay 10% of profit from every job under you’re license. I would require you to go to the job site to inspect work once a week and can pay 120 for first hour and 60 every hour that passes . This would probably be 3-5 hours every two weeks. I have worked fore a couple general contractors and a few specialty contractors I have a quieres Knowledge for a verity rough mechanical trades such as framing, plumbing, electrical, drywall, acoustical, and hvac. My main problem is that I made the mistake of mostly working for cash . I did report taxes and am aware I can use the taxes as proof of work but it doesn’t seem like CSLB will make it easy considering many jobs weren’t under $500 . I want to do things as correct as possible. If you have different terms please email me either ways thank you
