Hi I am a licensed HOME INSPECTOR. I have been in the housing industry since the 70’s and built my first personal home when I was 21. I worked as a carpenter building homes during the day and went to night school to get a degree. True hands on experience. I’ve been a Home Inspector for 22 years.
