Chapin Concrete is actively hiring a Superintendent for its team in Chapin, SC.

As a Superintendent, you will ensure that all projects and field operations are performed safely and in accordance with all federal, state, local, and company health and safety guidelines. You will carefully plan and implement engineering and administrative controls and interact with clients and field staff to enable the successful completion of projects.

Job Duties:
• Supervise various-sized residential, commercial, & industrial concrete construction projects typically from $10,000 to $2M throughout the state of South Carolina
• Work alongside the team to ensure all projects are completed in a timely fashion and delivered at the highest level of quality
• Some heavy equipment operation required
• Manage all technical aspects of projects
• Work with the Project Manager to ensure all necessary labor, material, & equipment needs for the project are met.

Job Requirements:
• High school diploma/GED required
• Valid driver’s license
• 2+ years of previous leadership experience in the concrete industry
• Including but not limited to overseeing a team, blueprint/plan reading and execution, heavy equipment operation, etc.
• 5 years of previous concrete construction estimating experience
• 2+ years must be structural concrete experience
