POSITION NAME: Technician Handyman

COMPLETE GENERAL HOME REPAIRS AS DESCRIBED IN THE GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION.

PAINT. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
repairing drywall.
both door replacement and repairs.
Replace windows.
Complete landscaping as directed.
Minor electric repairs, replace switches, outlets, install ceiling fans etc…

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB:
Must have experience with hand tools and power tools.
Excellent communications and client relations skills.
Must have valid driver’s license.
Good driving Record.
Attention to detail.
Prefer applicant with experience as handyman.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to lift and carry needed materials for job requirements, use of ladder, stand for long periods of time,
bending, stretching, extended work hours and travel.
