Female Ball Python

My 6-year-old ball python Lucifer is being adopted. She has been handled frequently since she was a baby and is quite amiable. She frequently interacts with children and has never hit anyone. She is a bit of a picky eater and is currently eating 1 live large rat a month. She prefers them to be solid white or as light colored as possible. She has never been bred and i have owned her since she was a hatchling.
She will come with her enclosure pictured that included 2 hides, a climbing branch, water dish, heating pad, and heat lamp. The heating pad connects to a temperature gauge to maintain the right temp. She also has bedding and her feeding tub that will come with her.
I am asking a $100 rehoming fee. She is located in Monroe. Comment or message with any questions ??
