Custodian/Maintenance

Immediate Opening for Custodian/Maintenance Employee: A private fraternal organization is looking for a part time custodian for about 16 to 20 hours per week = 4 to 5 days. The responsibilities of this job include but are not limited to: cleaning restrooms, floors and grounds. Must be able to work independently, and have knowledge of cleaning supplies and equipment.

This work schedule has flexibility, but will be evenings, after hours or early mornings.
Essential Duties:
Vacuum carpets and sweep and mop.
Empty trash and pick up trash.
Scrub floors as needed.
Clean windows, inside and out.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, refill paper towel, toilet paper and soap dispensers. Any other job duties as requested or required.

Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be able to pass Arizona background check.
Must be able to lift 25 to 40 pounds.
On the job paid training provided.
