Bird adoption

Young male cockatiel. I absolutely adore him and I dont want to rehome him but I have cats and a baby. I am unable to give him the love and attention he deserves and its unfair to him. He needs someone with experience and patience as he can be a bit rude with new people. He is incredibly sweet once comfortable. I will only adopt out to people who know about birds as I want him to be well cared for. His name is Oliver but he will only respond to bird man. He can talk and can do some recall while inside.
