2 year old chocolate lab to rehome

We have a 2 year old (Jan 1, 2021 birthdate), male, neutered, purebred chocolate lab to rehome. We found out my kids are allergic. He could use a good obedience class. he is currently up to date on his vaccinations (except kennel cough). He is not microchipped. We do have small kids, and he does ok with them. He is big and not observant when running around and does run into them. He loves to play fetch. He has always been in a fenced in yard, so that would be preferred for him. I’m sure with a good amount of training he would learn his boundaries. Any questions please contact me. We are asking $300 rehoming fee to make sure he does go to a good home.
