Yard Team Member

Like boating? Want to do some outdoor work?
The Yard Crew at Fairwinds Marina is in need of an experienced laborer. As a member of the yard staff, you would assist with maintaining a tidy and organized boatyard as well as hauling, power washing, blocking, and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities
Power Washing and Blocking boats on land in accordance with Fairwinds Marina’s standards
Trailering boats up to 25’
Maintain an organized and professional yard
Perform general maintenance at the facility including small repairs, lawn maintenance, and dock maintenance
Safe operation of company vehicles, equipment, and trailers
Boat maintenance: painting, waxing, shrink-wrap, fueling boats
Assist with setup of boat shows and other off-site promotion as needed

Qualifications
Boat License Required
Boat Yard experience required
Continuously lift 30+ pounds
Works well in a fast paced work environment
Be punctual and work as scheduled
