Work space wanted for metal sculpting

As a metal sculptor, I use molten metal to make works of art. In order to create sculptures, I need a place where I can weld, melt extremely small amounts of metal, and solder the metal pieces together.

I’m looking to find a garage, a shack, a tool shed, barn, an empty room in a commercial, or industrial building or warehouse, etc…. any kind of shelter where I can safely construct my art.

Pretty much anything 5’x5′ or larger will do as long as there is electricity to run a few tools. Willing to share space with other artists if it helps getting us all up and happily working. I am a military veteran living on a disability pension and working part time just to make ends meet. But I’d be willing to pay a few hundred a month if necessary; it’s just really important to me to find a location soon.
