Must make 3 times the amount of rent after taxes

Cosigners must make 6 times the amount of rent after taxes

Must be at your current job for at least 3 months

No felonies or bad Misdemeanors

past due utility bills – last months rent required

No bad rental references within the past 5 years

We do work with evictions (must pay last month’s rent)

Pricing:
1 bed-$570 ————–$500 deposit

2bed- $675—————$600 deposit

App fee $40 per adult, $50 per married couple

$300 Partial security deposit due at the time of application

$100 first month’s rent
