Yard is to be maintained by renters. No medium or large dogs inside house at all! Large dogs are allowed outside. No aggressive dogs allowed. Lease is a 1-year agreement each year. One month notice is required to “not” renew so we can work on getting new renters in.
If “anything” goes wrong with appliances, we are to be notified asap so we can get it fixed. Same with toilet or plumbing. Three cars are allowed at most to be on property for longer than 1 week. No broken-down vehicles are allowed on property. No music or disruptive loud noises outside are allowed! NO smoking inside house. No trash in yard.
Kids are welcome…Respect your neighbors! No fireworks! No firepits! Grills are allowed, but not up next to house to start fire. If there is a bug problem call, text, send email! We WILL get it treated! We do a 1-year treatment on all properties! Treat property as if it were your own and enjoy it!
