Roommate needed to share a one bedroom apartment w/a retired (age 72) professional man. I have an extra bed for you. Can be male/female.

I’m definitely not the best housekeeper.

The apartment complex is very old. My apartment is completely 100% furnished. All you need is your cloths. Very laid back. Includes air, heat, water/sewer, trash, snow removal, lights and gas. I also includes high speed internet.

No pets, parties, strangers. However, I have a bird that was okayed by the owners.

This is 100% sharing.

Must have some type of liable income.

No smoking. No drugs, period!!
