Sample Coordinator (Temporary, Part-time)

Job Description

As a temporary / part-time sample coordinator, you are expected to execute the movement and organization of our large volume of products coming in and out of our Balsam Hill Outlet/warehouse located in Burlingame, CA.
This position reports to our Senior Merchant and is a part-time position requiring 20-25 hours per week. This role is required to be in-person for every shift.
What you’ll be doing:
• Checking that all requested samples have been received for the catalog photoshoot
• Checking that all samples are in good quality and working order prior to the catalog photoshoot
• Ensuring batteries are packed for each sample
• Ensuring each sample is appropriately labeled for catalog
• Ensuring samples are organized in spread order for catalog
• Ensuring samples are loaded into the vans for catalog photoshoot pick up
• Ensuring samples are put back into the appropriate BG space once the catalog photoshoot is over
• Other tasks/duties as assigned
What you bring to the table:
• Experience in a retail or warehouse setting
• Highly organized and motivated team player
• Regularly lift and or move items up to 40 lbs
• Occasionally team lift and/or move items more than 40 lbs. with the help of other employees
• Ability to work long periods standing, crouching, lifting, loading, and unloading from vehicle
• Exposure to alternatively cool and warm warehouse temperatures

The pay rate for this position is $21/Hour.
