We are making a spot on our ranch available for the right trailer or tiny home tenant. Our ranch is more than 150 acres 2 miles south of Lompoc, is fenced and gated, private, and includes power, water and septic hook ups.

Large, flat and semi private area to make your home. Can accommodate any size trailer and offer room for parking.

A basic spot is $1200 including utilities. Additionally we can make a 40’ container available for storage, offer live stock areas, and we have an area that could be used for horses for an additional cost. Could also provide equipment or other storage.

Property is served by a well maintained and rocked dirt road.

We are looking for an ideal tenant that would complement our ranch. Quiet, respectful, stable will only be considered. Perfect for a VAFB or VSFB contractor or worker, Traveling nurse, or someone interested in a massive upgrade over a traditional RV park.
