Roommate Wanted in Live Oak FL

Looking for a responsible, calm, and quiet roommate in Live Oak, Florida. On 20 acres of land, I have a four-bedroom concrete block house. Hiking routes are available.n my woods and plenty of pasture for you to have a garden. The bedroom has a King sized Bed, 50″ color TV with Netflix, desk, dresser. The hallway bathroom is yours. The kitchen is fully stocked. Water, electric, sewer is included. You have to deliver your trash to the county waste area. This is a safe, private rural area. House has outdoor Ring cameras and an ADT alarm system. There is an outdoor firepit.

I have two GSD’s, 1 English Bulldog and a Chihuahua – so I can’t accept any other animals indoors.

1st and last month rent is required at move-in. A $300.00 deposit is required to hold the room. It will be kept as security and refunded at move-out provided no damage occurs. References are required. A $50 non-refundable background check is required. I have a FL CCW. If you have one that is active, the $50 will be waived.
