Room for Rent w/ Private Bath & Storage Shed

Room for rent in Chino Valley with private bath and use of a storage shed. The rent is $675 + 1/2 of utilities. Utilities include water, trash, gas, electricity, & wi-fi. Rent will be month to month.

The room size is 11ft. 2in x 12ft (not including the bay window). The room is unfurnished as you will need to bring your own furniture. There will be no one else renting, so the bathroom will be yours.

The storage shed is 10′ x 20′. I am using about a 1/4 of the shed for storage. The rest you can use for storage.

No smoking inside house, no drug use, and no social gatherings.

I consider this house a clean, safe place to come home to. I will be respectable of you and your privacy as I am looking for you to do the same. I am pretty low key and try to keep a positive attitude most of the time.
