I’m a 38 year old female with a professional position with the Federal Government. I’m very easy to get along with, non-smoker, very responsible and clean as well..

I’m looking for a mature roommate to live in my 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house (one person only, no pets). House is completely furnished (except for the bedroom you’d be renting) The bathroom will be shared with one other roommate. You will have access to kitchen, washer/dryer, full gym in the garage, and a large open back yard. (Open house privileges)

Rent will be $750.00 with all Utilities include: water/trash, electric, gas, TV/wifi. A month to month lease signing will be required with a $450 deposit.

This is a house in a calm and clean neighborhood located off of McCray and Air, two blocks away from North High School.
