Looking for tenant to occupy one bedroom in a double wide mobile home. Location is off of highway 701 south-close to Bucksport Marina. 20 Minutes to Coastal Carolina University. Rent includes water, sewer, internet, electric(Up to an amount) and 24 hour security. *Pets- dogs, cats considered with separate pet deposit.
