Room Exchange for Housekeeping

Hello! Single mom of a 6 year old seeking live-in housekeeper in exchange for rent! Hours are part time and flexible. Duties include:

Laundry
Housekeeping
Pet Care
Possible Landscaping
Some Babysitting
Cooking/Meal Prep

Pets possibly welcome depending on type and temperament. House is lovely with off-street parking, on-site laundry, garage, central heat AND air conditioning, wifi, Netflix/Hulu/etc, and a nice backyard. Willing to consider a couple or mom/child depending on situation and payment for additional cost in utilities.

Agreement is month to month.
