REMODELING CARPENTER

Sunny Brook Builders, a Top Residential Remodeling company in Tompkins County is now hiring:
Immediate opening for full time carpenter (40 to 45 hrs per week minimum) with 3 or more years experience in residential construction and or handyman work and or home maintenance;
Excellent attitude is essential (willingness to learn the latest materials, methods and building science, ability to communicate, ability to plan, ability to be positive and humble, ability to take constructive criticism, ability to take direction);
We provide on the job training to bring you up to speed with our standards and methods and we have an empowering work atmosphere;
Basic residential construction skills required including attention to detail in all areas.
Ability to plan, communicate and work efficiently, work independently on tasks, instruct a carpenter and subs, be on time and on the job daily and fill out required paperwork daily;
Candidate must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation;
Pay is weekly direct deposit with overtime over 40 hours;
