Relief Maintenance Manager – Full Time – Self Storage (L002)

Join our team in the Historic Pearl District of NW Portland! We are looking for a Relief Maintenance Manager to work at our self-storage facility located in a charming downtown building, in one of Portland’s most exciting neighbourhoods. Our team is fully engaged in the local business community and interacts with a wide variety of personable customers and tenants.

The work schedule is Friday-Monday with the Friday worked in South East Portland for a total of 34 hours a week.

Must have strong computer, sales, and general janitorial maintenance skills. Property management experience a plus. Must also be 18 or older, able to lift 50 lbs and have a valid driver’s license.

Must have strong maintenance, office, sales & janitorial skills.

$21.50 hour to start, FREE PARKING, bonuses, paid holidays & sick days, 2 weeks paid vacation after the 1st year, and health benefits

Must have good employment references and pass a complete background check.
