Quiet Peaceful room in the country

Quiet Peaceful room in the country for a parent who can no longer live alone. 3 meals a day and snacks. Doctors appointments and shopping. 1 small dog or cat okay. Laundry and room cleaned daily. Bed will be made and changed. Television available. Someone home 24/7 so he/she will never been alone. Will be with a caregiver of 23 years. Ambulatory a must but walker okay. Includes all utilities. Can help with getting meds from pharmacy. Central heat and air and fireplace. We do not have a landline so a personal cell will be helpful however he/she can use one of ours.
Great for a person who does not need a convalescent hospital. We do have 2 small steps leading into our home.
We have a BIG screened in porch if he/she smokes. No smoking in the house please. 2 bathrooms can use either one but will be sleeping right across from main bathroom with walk-in shower.
This will be their home so they will have free range of our home.
$500.00 or depending on their income. Room will be ready in the middle of February
