Quiet male looking for a room

I’m a reserved 41-year-old Caucasian man that prefers to remain to himself yet is generally comfortable conversing. I do not do drugs, drink, or have a criminal history. I don’t expect anything fancy and I would like to keep the rent under $500. I am also willing to collaborate with any area locals who are seeking a roommate.

Due to past scams that have left me homeless, I will not be paying anything more than $100 up-front for any reason. I will pay the rent in full upon arrival.
