Property Project Manager/Renovation

Oak Tree Properties LLC is currently hiring someone in residential renovation and construction? Applicants will need to have a proven experience in renovation/construction and all aspects of it.
As a project manager you will be responsible for hiring, getting quotes from other sub-contractors, performing inspections, delivering supplies, and keeping the remodeling business performing and assisting in all aspects of construction as needed. Candidate must possess the following to be eligible for this position.
• Be detailed and efficient with all aspects of construction.
• Must be able to work and make decisions independently.
• Strong communication skills.
• Meet with tenants and assist with rental situations.
• Thorough knowledge of real estate allowing you to make rental inspections and final inspections for properties being sold.

The ideal candidate must have the following.
• Some knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid Driver License
• Pass background check.
• Experience with, skid loaders, trailers, hauling and misc. const, equipment.

Compensation: This will base on experience; we will be offering a pay scale of $25- $40 per hour based on experience.
Includes Paid Holidays and vacation after the first year.
Company vehicle
Schedule is Monday- Friday and Weekends for special situations.
