Private Room, Cash + Labor

Hello! My wife and I have three very young children and a lot of house to maintain. We are looking for a student or young professional who is looking for a cheap room in exchange for housekeeping services. Things like keeping the place organized, dishes clean, floors mopped/vacuumed. During the summer may include using our riding mower to mow grass. Not asking for childcare. We have that service covered. No gender preference, and we aren’t anal about everything being SQUEAKY clean. We have a Roomba, and a self-propelled mop as well as other tools one can use.

The room itself is quite large, and is an upstairs bonus room. It has blazing fast internet (200+mbps), its own dedicated AC system (mini split), and private door (with lock/key) and window. Very nice space. The bathroom for it is shared, but it is seldom used so should basically be available whenever needed. The only time anyone would need to go up there would be to access the attic (whose door is in the closet of the suite).

The house the room is in is massive, and has a bitchin pool/patio/deck for entertaining/hanging out. Plenty of parking available.

The price includes all utilities. Guests ok for short stays. Parties cool with some notice. 420 friendly (outside only). No other drugs.

Wife and I are mid-30s corporate 50s family. Super chill.
