We do not provide cable or linens/bedding/towels. The unit does have some bedding that can be used by tenants. The unit is fully furnished with queen size beds. Kitchen stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. This unit does not have a clothes washer/dryer. Smart tv in the living room.

Deposit is $1200. Refundable minus cleaning fee if unit left without damage or excessive filth. Located 0.7 miles from the hospital. Off street parking space. There is a garage but we use it for storage.
