Private bedroom in a shared house

In a four-bedroom home in Goleta, we have a room available. You and one other person would share a bathroom.

The space is roughly 10 by 10, unfurnished, and receives a lot of sunlight.ght. You’ll have access to the kitchen, laundry, and a backyard with a little sunroom. 10 minute drive to UCSB, 15 min to downtown SB. Next to a bike lane.
The rent is $930 + utilities. The security deposit is one months rent.

The housemates are in their late 20s or early 30s, working professionals and a grad student. As we all work, the house is quiet during work days but we’ll have occasional gatherings, barbecues or small parties during weekends.

We have one dog and a cat, and more pets will be considered.

We’re looking for someone in the similar age range, and of a similar lifestyle. Please respond to this ad with a little bit of information about yourself (your work, hobbies, etc.), and any social media platforms that you’re comfortable sharing.
