Increase the time you’re available for whatever you’d rather be doing!
I love to use my organizational skill set to assist others! My vocation has been office management – I am detail oriented, highly observant, focused, incredibly organized, and have strong time management abilities.
I’m currently available to assist with the following, anywhere up to 20 miles from Encinitas center:
* Home and office organization
* Home and small business tasks, e.g., online ordering, data entry, and email & calendar management
* Appointment setting and travel arrangement
* Organize and arrange for a dinner party or other like gathering
* Oversee household needs, e.g., available while vendors are present
* Light errands such as post office or dry cleaning
* Meal prep
* Light laundry
* Dog walking/pet sitting (in your home)
* Water plants, indoor/outdoor
This list is not exclusive; please inquire as I will consider additional tasks.
My hourly rate is $26.00; I keep track of said time using Google Time Tracker. My time/pay period is Sunday – Saturday. On Monday your invoice is emailed, and remittance is due by that Friday, via cash, PayPal, or Venmo.
A bit about me…
I live in Encinitas with my husband and daughter, pup, and two chickens. 🙂 I spend my free time practicing yoga, walking our dog, reading, traveling, and enjoying time with family & friends. I have loved all of the assistant positions I’ve held, but best of all – has been working for individuals and families! I embody trust, dependability, and loyalty – consistently.
I hold Professional Liability and Pet Care Insurance.
