I’m looking for a talented personal chef to make dinner for my fianc? and Myself three times a week that is both entertaining and healthful. You will be in charge of designing and cooking scrumptious, nutritious meals that assist me in adhering to certain strict dietary guidelines, such as ingesting 200 grams of protein day, sprouted grains, a lot of vegetables, and regulating my portion sizes. You will be responsible for shopping for ingredients, cooking the meals, and ensuring that the kitchen is left clean and tidy after each meal. You may prepare these meals off-site if that is preferred

Responsibilities:

-Plan, shop for, and prepare three interesting and healthy dinners per week according to my dietary requirements
-Provide healthy snacks such as in-season fruit along with each meal
-Ensure that meals are correctly portioned and contain the required amount of protein, sprouted grains, and vegetables
-Clean and tidy the kitchen after each meal
-Keep the kitchen stocked with necessary cooking supplies and equipment if performed on site
-Communicate regularly with the employer regarding meal planning and any changes to their dietary requirements

Requirements:

-Proven experience as a Chef, with a focus on healthy, interesting cuisine
-Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of nutrition
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Ability to work independently and remotely, or at my home
-Willingness to accommodate any changes to my dietary requirements
-Strong communication skills and ability to take direction
