Office Secretary Needed for Construction Company

Primary duties include administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, respond to inquiries via telephone or email, filing contracts, photocopying, developing relationship with potential clients. We are a construction company so 5+ appointments are required to be made daily for roof, gutter, chimney, etc estimates! Calls come to you all you have to do is confirm address, contact number, and service being inquired.

Qualifications:

High School diploma required.

Administrative experience, strong organization skills, and ability to build relationships with internal and external contacts!
Strong oral and written communication skills by telephone and email REQUIRED!
Bilingual Spanish-English is a plus but not required!
