Office Assistant Needed ASAP Remote Quickbooks Entry & eBay Sales

We are an Electrical Contractor needing assistance with tasks
that can be done remotely. Pay is negotiable and based on experience.
This is a part-time position currently and schedule is flexible.

Quickbooks Online:
General Entries
Online Invoicing
Accounts Receivable
Collections
Miscellaneous

eBay Online:
Overstock & excess inventory liquidation
Customer communications
Listings
(We already have an account with top-rated status)

Seeking someone who is:
Reliable & Honest
Works well without a lot of supervision
Has moderate to advanced experience using PC’s
Works well with customers over the phone
Quickbooks experience a plus but not required we can train
