Need to Move

My name is Kiz; I’m 45, and I have my Section 8 voucher. We need to relocate from THIS AREA OF Snellville, Georgia, to any nearby area; we prefer Dacula, Georgia, or Auburn, Georgia, but anywhere close by is doable at this point. Regardless, AREAS WHERE I WOULD MOVE ARE: FRIENDSHIP CIRCLE, ACWORTH, SANDY SPRINGS, DUNWOODY, DULUTH, JOHNS CREEK, LOGANVILLE, GRAYSON EVEN THE OUTSKIRTS OF ATLNTA. OR EVEN THE OUTSKIRTS OF NORCROSS AND SURROUNDIGN AREAS.
I have small children. newly three, and newly six. one boy and one girl.

I’m looking for a two- or three-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse, apartment, or house to rent that hopefully has a storage unit or garage available. if it’s a house with utilities included, or at least some of them! I do not want to be in a HOA ever again! I’m in desperate need of a place to stay, so I’m not picky, but I need to get out soon. I have until the 28th of February, but if I can do it sooner, that will be a blessing and a miracle, and that’s exactly what this family needs!

With all the tragedy that’s occurred these last few months and the DV I’ve endured, getting away from this side of town is a must.
I’m on a fixed income, I’m a newly single mom, I’ve been a victim of domestic violence, and I’m supporting myself and my children alone. I have a Section 8 voucher, and I’m looking to move ASAP. I really don’t have any friends or family here.
So, it will be just me and the babies, one of whom is newly 6 and the others are newly 3… I don’t keep traffic, I don’t keep company, I am very clean and respectful, and I take care of the home that I’m in. (Need to size down; this is a 5BD/2BA; my older kids have all moved away.) Please note that I will take good care of any place I’m allowed to rent. I sincerely need somebody to help me by allowing me to rent their property, i.e., a house, a townhouse, or an apartment; my credit is not the best. However, I am able to pay my bills on time, and this is not only because I am on a fixed income; I prefer to pay my bills on time to avoid worrying and stressing.

I sincerely need someone to believe in me and take a chance on me by working with me on the first month’s rent and/or security deposit. Being on a fixed income helps, but many places want all the money upfront, and I’d be able to pay the first month’s rent or DD but not BOTH if it’s, let’s say,

ex: $2,100, and the DD is same, which is $4,200!

You can make four times the rent; $4,200 would be difficult for most people, but it’s even worse if you’re not even in the middle class and have a fixed income. I hope whoever reads this can relate and understand how difficult it is to come up with such large sums of money all at once.
The beauty of Section 8 is that once I pay my first month’s rent and DD, they’ll pay a percentage of my rent for the rest of the time I’m renting the property, or all of it, depending on the amount of rent, and I either pay the percentage or, as I stated, they pays it all on the 1st of the month for as long as I live on the property, so you’d never have to worry about not receiving your rent!
We’re really going through a devastating time, and I just need to move away! I’m in too close proximity with my ex-abuser, and being here, in my opinion, is no longer safe.
Even if nothing is happening right now, you never know what could happen in a situation like this!
PLEASE ALSO UNDESTAND I CANNOT sublet or rent a room, section 8 (housing authority WON’T allow that.)
