Need a new roommate by early March

By the second week of March, the present tenant will exit the apartment, leaving two young professionals hunting for a new roommate. The circumstance Includes a private room, internet access with 1gig internet available, a shared bathroom, a unit with washer and dryer hooked up and ready to go, free AC/Heat and Water, and two quiet, introverted roommates who will not throw loud parties every weekend or anything of that nature.

The place is Spring Meadows apartments. We are not on the first floor of the apartments and live next door to the maintenance man. Rent is $305 a month and Utilities the first month will be around $260 to pick up slack from the roommate moving out followed by around $140-$180 a month after that. We are willing to prorate the first month move in since it won’t be until the end of the first week of March.

This place is a safe environment for queer, BiPoC, femme presenting, and disabled/neurodivergent folks. Please note that while cats are okay it would be a $300 deposit on your end and an extra $30 a month in rent for a cat. No hard drug usage please and warnings in advance before any get togethers in the apartment.
