Musicians for blues band

I would like to put together a hard-driving blues band in the vein of SRV, Thunderbirds, early Stones (think “Down the Road a Piece”), JL Hooker, etc., called “The Bucktown Rockers” (TM). I’m a drummer and have backed a couple of nationally known bluesmen. I have a van and a 6,000w RMS PA. I’m open to the band’s make-up but I expect we’ll all be experienced and dedicated bluesmen/blueswomen. I expect our first gigs will be in the New Orleans/MS Coast/AL Coast areas. Since we’ll be playing blues standards–what used to be called “jump blues”–we don’t need much practice, but we do need to get together for a promo pic and to video one song for promo purposes, which we can do at a local (Hattiesburg) bar. Since I have the PA equipment for a large, outdoor gathering (500+ attendees), I intend to promote the band as a party band as well playing bar gigs.
