Need a U-Haul loaded, or unloaded? Driver Help needed? Need Common Furniture Moved; or trash hauled off? Need pre-cut tree limbs and brush hauled off ? If so: We are the answer. We are able to do jobs last minute; so long as we are not working already that day, and can fit you in schedule.
We can also move furniture, haul tree limbs, or materials. If you have pricey; high dollar furniture to move…be advised: We are a small business; and cannot afford business insurance. Common furniture ok to move; but we don’t feel comfortable moving a million dollar collection of furniture that is antique, and fragile. We all have prior moving; and hauling experience. We have tools like dollies and tie down straps, and hand tools. I, the boss: have worked for two local moving companies for about two decades. My name is Bryan, my helper’s name is Chris. If you are Junking; be advised we do charge a disposal fee in addition. We are unable to dispose of tires, and paint…for environmental reasons. No lumber over 8 feet long please. By the way: We are able to serve Fort Riley; with up to 3 crew members.
Cost of Labor for Junking/Trash hauls/ Tree Limbs: Labor is 120 dollars an hour (for two men); 2 hour minimum. We charge extra for out of town hauls. We consider drive time, wear and tear on vehicles, and fuel. This cost is at fraction of what labor is. We always consider load and unload time…as most important; so would be reflected primarily in price.
The cost of Labor for furniture moves is as follows: 140/hr, 2 hour minimum. Each additional hour beyond 2 hours is $140. This again includes 2 movers, all equipment, so forth. We consider moving furniture as higher risk activity; so we adjusted our prices to be competitive with rival moving companies. If we are driving on highway for long distances, we ask something (in addition) for fuel & mileage; which is not as expensive as labor.
For big jobs (greater than or equal to 500 dollars): We require half the bill up front. We accept cash or credit cards for this security deposit. It is usually the big jobs that people try to take advantage of us; and not pay us…is why.
For Face book buy sell and trade: The price is not X amount of dollars as mentioned in field. The field forced me to put in a number. The price is in reality according to what you need done. Absolutely…No Checks accepted. We prefer cash over all payment forms. We can write receipts out so you are able to get reimbursed. Payment is due upon completion of services. As mentioned: 1/2 of payment required up front for jobs greater than or equal to 500 dollars, estimated cost. Estimates: Done either by taking a look, or imagination…are done free of charge.
