Medical Social Worker (MSW)

Central Coast Home Health is a fast-growing organization with an excellent reputation throughout the San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties. We are seeking a full time Medical Social Worker (MSW) to join our team in San Luis Obispo and coastal areas.

Social Work is a rewarding career for self-motivated, organized, and compassionate individuals who work well with minimal direction, as well as excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

Work schedule consists of Monday through Friday generally 8-5PM.

Requirements:

•Master’s Degree from a school accredited by the Council on Social Work Education of Social Work

•Minimum of one-year social work experience in a healthcare setting, home health &/or hospice experience preferred

•Reliable vehicle to drive for work

•Current Driver’s license

•Clean background & driving record

•Maintain auto insurance coverage

•CPR certified (healthcare provider)
